Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or manufactured. If a customer needs to cancel an order but the transaction has already been completed, the e-commerce platform may charge a transaction fee, which will be deducted from the order amount. Once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

Product Returns
We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the item. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Your item must be in its original condition, meaning it has not been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and be well-packaged. You must also provide a coupon or proof of purchase.
